WHAT IS THE GARAGE CONCIERGE?

The Garage Concierge is a professional garage cleaning and organization service designed to refresh, organize, and elevate your garage space. We treat garages as a true extension of the home, applying the same level of care, detail, and professionalism typically reserved for interior living spaces.

WHAT DOES YOUR GARAGE CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDE?

Our garage cleaning services are customized based on the size, condition, and usage of your space. Typical services include:
   •    Deep cleaning of concrete or tiled garage floors
   •    Removal of dust, dirt, and debris from all accessible areas
   •    Cleaning of shelves, counters, cabinetry, and work surfaces
   •    Detailed edge, corner, and surface cleaning

Custom solutions are available for garages that require additional care, extended hours, or specialized attention.

DO YOU HELP WITH  THE PROCESS?

Many clients choose to declutter prior to their scheduled service. However, light organizing support or customized organizing solutions can be arranged during your complimentary consultation, depending on your needs and service tier.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ORGANIZING BINS FOR THE PROCESS TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

No. We are happy to work with what you already have and be as resourceful as possible. If additional bins or storage solutions are recommended, we will guide you toward durable, garage-appropriate options.

If you’d like, we can also handle the shopping and sourcing on your behalf to ensure everything fits seamlessly into the final system.

DO YOU INSTALL SHELVING OR BUILD LARGE STORAGE SOLUTIONS?

We can assemble and install simple, free-standing shelving units within our scope of work.

For more complex installations—such as wall-mounted systems, overhead storage, or custom builds—we work with trusted local handymen and installers across Ontario and the GTA. We are happy to coordinate schedules and manage the process efficiently.

HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE?

Your involvement is entirely up to you. We typically collaborate during the initial planning phase to understand your goals, then manage the work independently with minimal disruption—checking in only as needed to ensure the final result functions exactly as you want it to.

HOW LONG DOES A GARAGE CLEANING TAKE?

Service time varies based on the size and condition of your garage, as well as the service tier selected. Most projects are completed within 4–8 hours, while larger or custom garages may require extended service time. Your project manager will confirm details in advance.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY GARAGE  CLEANED?

Most garages benefit from professional cleaning every 4–6 months.

Garages used as workshops, gyms, or heavy storage areas may benefit from more frequent service.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS?

1. Select a service tier or request a custom solution

2. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

3. Service begins as scheduled

4. 50% payment is due midway through the service

5. Final payment is required upon completion

All pricing and service scope are confirmed prior to work beginning.

BOOKING, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we confirm all details in advance before your service begins.

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is divided into a progress payment during the service and a final payment upon completion. All pricing, scope of work, and timelines are clearly outlined and approved before work begins—so there are no surprises.

Bookings are reserved exclusively for you and your project. As such, deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced. Should your plans change, we ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate your schedule.

All payments are processed securely online via credit or debit card.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM GARAGE SOLUTIONS?

Yes. We offer customized services for garages that require specialized cleaning, add-ons, extended service time, or additional support.

Additional costs may apply for custom services and add-ons and will only be charged upon written approval.

IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT ONTARIO?

Yes. The Garage Concierge services Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, subject to regional availability. Please contact us to confirm service in your area.

DO YOU OFFER A REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Yes. Refer a neighbour, friend, or family member and receive 15% off your next service.

To qualify, your referral must mention your name to the project manager at the time of booking.
